With a proven track record in the real estate industry and a dedication to assisting families through the complexities of divorce, Chris Muellenbach is proud to be Wisconsin's first and only Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE™). In the field of divorce law, experts in custody, finance, and support are commonly relied upon. However, the need for a true expert in real property issues has remained unmet—until now. Chris was handpicked for the CDRE program due to his aptitude for real estate and passion for helping divorcing families. He completed an intensive 40-hour Divorce Real Estate education and curriculum, followed by a 6-month online learning lab, ensuring that he is fully equipped to provide expert real estate services for family law cases.
Offering complimentary services to law firms, Chris educates legal professionals on real estate matters affecting their cases and provides essential tools such as property profiles, deeds, and market values. As a neutral expert, he handles the sale of real property with unbiased professionalism.
With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Chris has guided clients through hundreds of transactions, including professional athletes, celebrities, and even an American Idol winner. Yet, the most rewarding aspect of his work is helping everyday people navigate the sale of their most valuable assets—their homes.
Graduating from the Ilumni Institute's master-level training has allowed Chris to merge his passions for residential real estate, teaching, and helping others.
